Reporting an error

Tell us the page and what is wrong. We check the claim against the manufacturer’s own published page, fix what is wrong, and move the page’s updated date to the date of the fix. Where a correction is material we note it on the page rather than editing quietly. The full policy is on our editorial policy page.

What we cannot do

We cannot repair your machine or diagnose it remotely — but the troubleshooting guide fixes most problems in ten minutes, for free.
We cannot help with an order, a delivery or a return. Those are between you and the retailer.
We do not accept sponsored posts, paid links or product placements, so please do not ask — there is nothing for sale.

Suggesting a machine

Very welcome. Two things decide whether we can cover one: it has to be currently purchasable in the United States, and the manufacturer has to publish a specification we can verify and cite. Dealer-only and discontinued models fail the first test.
